December 2025 Graduates
- Are you planning to graduate in December 2025? If so, don't forget to complete your graduation checkout through eServices. Contact your academic advisor for more information.
Last Day to Withdraw
- The last day to withdraw from a course with a mark of "W" is October 31, 2025. If you have a hold on your account and are unable to withdraw yourself, please email us at rar@vcu.edu to submit your request.
Pass/Fail Grade Option Deadline
- The deadline to request the Pass/Fail option for courses is October 31, 2025. To utilize this option, students should submit the Undergraduate Change in Grade Mode Authorization Form.
New VCU Bulletin Courses Search Feature
- A new "Courses Search" feature has been activated to allow for more streamlined course searches using keywords and/or filters. Visit bulletin.vcu.edu and click the "Courses Search" link found in the list directly below the "Home" menu.
